With over 150 years of experience in the property sector, Sakkara’s senior leaders bring their combined skill set to bear at the project level and in leading the Sakkara team. The senior team has extensive experience across all aspects of the property industry with backgrounds from finance, development and construction. Their expertise ensures optimal project selection, assessment, delivery and risk mitigation on sole projects or as a strategic joint venture partner.


Phil Anderson,

Chairman

Phil AndersonMr. Anderson has over 30 years' experience in the property business in both Australia and the United States. He is currently Chairman of Espreon Ltd and is also a Director of Macarthur Cook Ltd, Hastie Group Ltd, Isis Group Holdings Pty Ltd, a Board Member of the NSW Growth Centres Commission and the Chairman of Penrith Lakes Development Corporation Ltd. Previously, he spent 15 years with Lend Lease Group in roles such as Finance Director of the Property Group and CEO of Lend Lease Development.


Neil Wilson,

Managing Director

Neil WilsonMr. Wilson has worked in the development, construction and finance areas of the property industry for some 25 years. He founded Sakkara in 1997 and has since been largely responsible for building the business. Prior to establishing Sakkara, he held various positions in Australia and overseas with the Mirvac Group, Lend Lease, Balmoral Corporation and AYH plc.


David Bedingfield,

General Manager

David BedingfieldMr. Bedingfield has 20 years of experience in the property industry. During this time he has achieved a significant track record in managing many aspects of development and construction businesses. Prior to joining Sakkara, Mr. Bedingfield was with Stockland and Lend Lease. Earlier in his career David worked and lived in London, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur for global property companies.


Alexandre Chrisment,

Chief Financial Officer

Alexandre ChrismentMr. Chrisment has over 10 years of experience in funds and financial management of property and other industries. Prior to joining Sakkara in 2003, Mr. Chrisment worked for 7 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg, France and Australia in Assurance and Business Advisory Services and in Corporate Finance with the Valuation and Strategy Team. During this time, Mr. Chrisment was involved in a range of assignments for clients in funds management, industrial products, energy, mining and property.


Gordon Bevan,

Director, Company Secretary

Gordon BevanMr. Bevan brings 30 years experience as a lawyer in the property, banking and finance business sectors. Prior to joining Sakkara, Mr. Bevan was a leading partner of Deacons in the Environment, Planning, Property and Construction practice area.


Ruebert Hayes,

Non-executive Director

(Sakkara Investment Management Limited)

Ruebert HayesMr. Hayes has a 40 year career in investment management and stock broking research. Mr. Hayes is currently a Non-executive Director at Sakkara Investment Management ("SIM"), wholly owned by Sakkara. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, Fellow of the Australian Insurance Institute and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Hayes has held numerous senior positions within AMP and Westpac and was CEO of both Barclays Australia Investment Services Limited then Ausbil Dexia Ltd, prior to his retirement in 2005. Mr. Hayes is also a Director of Emerging Leaders Investment Ltd and Treasury Group Limited.
