Synergy North is located 15 kilometres from the CBD of Sydney via the Pacific Highway or an easy 25 minute train ride. The development includes 49 luxury appointed apartments comprising of one, two and three bedroom units and five penthouse style apartments.

Sakkara Residential identified a market opportunity for dwellings at a lower price point than currently offered in the area. Synergy North consisted of one, two and small three bedroom units. Market insights were proven correct with strong demand.

At the same time, Sakkara’s in-house sales and marketing team were able to continually add value in the promotion of the project. Prior to settling the Land, we achieved greater than 30% pre-sales. Today Synergy North is fully occupied.
